Please bring a photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your current medication's, and any relevant medical records or imaging reports.

Yes. Telehealth visits are available for consultations, follow-ups, and medication management for patients located in Washington State. You will need a device with a camera and a stable internet connection.

Dr. Cofano is an in-network preferred provider for several major plans, with additional carriers pending approval. See the Services page for current details, or call our office to verify your specific coverage.

Scheduling is easy. Simply use the secure online scheduling tool on our website to view available appointment times and schedule your visit at your convenience.

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Yes — contact our office by phone or email, and please allow up to 48 hours for routine refill requests to be processed.

No referral is needed. Dr. Cofano is a primary care provider, which is the first line of medical treatment.
