Dr. Gregory Cofano is a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Chiropractic Physician, and Chiropractic Neurologist with nearly two decades of experience evaluating and treating neurological and neuromusculoskeletal disorders. He provides comprehensive primary care while offering advanced expertise in conditions affecting the nervous system, spine, muscles, and joints.

Dr. Cofano earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he later served as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Sciences. Throughout his career, he has authored peer-reviewed research, presented at scientific conferences, and pursued extensive postgraduate education in evidence-based clinical practice, electrodiagnostic medicine, MRI interpretation, impairment evaluation, and neurological assessment.

His advanced neurological training was completed through Northwestern Health Sciences University, where he fulfilled postdoctoral requirements in chiropractic neurology. Over the years, he has developed extensive experience evaluating and managing conditions such as neuropathy, radiculopathy, sciatica, disc disorders, headaches, and other neuromusculoskeletal conditions. He also previously served as Director of Electromyography at a large multidisciplinary medical center in Daytona Beach, Florida, performing electrodiagnostic testing for complex nerve and muscle disorders.

Building upon this foundation, Dr. Cofano expanded his clinical scope into family medicine, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Today, he integrates primary medical care with advanced expertise in neurological and musculoskeletal health — providing patients with a comprehensive, evidence-based approach to diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, and long-term wellness.
